All SABC participants must receive WHMIS/BioSafety training before starting work in the laboratory. There will be a WHMIS/BioSafety training session provided for all SABC participants on Wednesday, December 2nd (see details below). If you cannot attend this session, you must arrange with your mentor to obtain safety training before you start working on your project (and provide proof of the training to the Edmonton SABC Regional Coordinator, Richelle Prickett).
WHMIS/BioSafety Training session

Where: Engineering Teaching and Learning Complex (ETLC) 1-013 (see map)
Please confirm your attendance by November 30th by emailing Richelle Prickett.
The WHMIS/BioSafety Training will be followed by the ‘Meet and Greet‘ event.
